Day 1: Connecticut to Lancaster, PA
Our midafternoon arrival brings us to Lancaster, Pennsylvania where we check into the Eden Resort & Suites. This award-winning hotel offers luxurious accommodations and amenities in the heart of the beautiful Amish farmlands.
Dinner is included at the King Family Amish Home. You’ll experience warm hospitality and
Amish culture as you enjoy an authentic all-you-can eat Amish feast prepared by the family members. (Dinner Included)
Day 2: Amish Tour – Sight Sound Theater
After breakfast we are joined by our local guide. During our fascinating tour through the Amish farmlands, we will discover hidden country treasures that few tourists ever find!
At midday we visit Kitchen Kettle Village where you can enjoy lunch and shopping of unique Amish goods and crafts.
This afternoon we arrive at the state-of-the-art Sight Sound Theater for the exciting 3pm performance of NOAH.
Dinner this evening is included at the beautiful Greenfield Inn Restaurant. Exquisite fare is prepared by award winning chef John Moeller, who is known for his culinary talents as a former chef at the White House. (Breakfast and Dinner included)
Day 3: Elva’s Chalk Art Tour – home
We rise to a delicious breakfast before heading out to Bird-in-Hand Bakery for local Amish homemade delicacies.
Next, we visit Elva’s Chalk Talk Art. Here we engage our senses through music, storytelling and the amazing chalk artistry of a former old Order Mennonite woman, Elva Hurst.
This amazing chalk to art experience will offer insight into the Plain culture with a story that comes to life before our eyes.
Our final stop will be in the charming and historic town of Lititz, where there will be time for lunch before heading home. (Breakfast included)
